Working Groups for the library's V2C initiative
As part of our planning process, the library has been engaged in the ARL LibQual+ program. The LibQual+ groups (6 groups based on comments and data gleaned from the survey) are working on action plans and recommendations to improve library services and processes. This information will feed into an action plan for the goals in the library's "Vision for the Second Century." Each group will develop 3-5 initiatives to support an assigned goal in the library's V2C document.
