Fondren Express This document delivery service will save hours of valuable time by bringing the library to you. Services include book checkout; and copies from non-circulating journal articles, government documents or reference materials from the Fondren Collection.
Our Customer Service Standards
- Treat all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, whether they make contact in person, by phone or by email.
- Return all phone messages and respond to all emails within an hour when possible.
- Begin the processing of all requests on the day they arrive.
- Carefully check all incoming and outgoing materials for correctness and quality.
- Fill all the requests received from eligible patrons when possible within the limitations imposed by legal, financial or access constraints.
