Freeman NASA papers, 1965-1979 (MS 344)

Reports, photographs and films relating to the NASA suprathermal ion experiment (SID), part of the Apollo Lunar Surface Experiment Package (ALSEP). This experiment involved equipment developed by John Freeman and was part of the work of Apollo missions 12, 14 and 15. Freeman was a member of the Space Sciences Dept., Rice University. (3 boxes)
