moc301Under Class 301 Land Vehicles: Wheels and Axles locate Subclass 5.301 for Skate Wheel.  Notice that there is one dot in front of Skate Wheel.  Review the subclasses with 2 dots between Skate Wheel and the next subclass with 1 dot to identify a more specific subclass.    Clicking on the subclass number in the online Manual of Classification will take you to the Classification Definitions (Step Four).
