The Kelley Center for Government Information, Data and Geospatial Services in Rice University's Fondren Library provides free and effective public access to government information, including patents and trademarks, to the Rice community and to the 7th Congressional District of the State of Texas. The Center further assists the research and instructional needs of the Rice faculty and students by providing access to and assistance with the Library's large research collection of microform materials.
Fondren Library has printers, copiers and scanners available for all users. Some are primarily for use by Rice University students, faculty and staff (require a Rice NetID), and some are for all users and require purchase of a copy card.
We've been renovating Fondren' basement with the Digital Media Commons new space, a revamped Kelley Center for Government Information, Data and Geospatial Services map and microform room as well as new study spaces and furniture.
