Early voting: Oct. 13-30

Campus location and dates

Any Harris County registered voter may vote in person at any early voting location during designated times. Rice University's early voting location is Rice Stadium on Oct. 13-22, 25-30 (and also on Election Day, Nov. 3) and Reckling Park on Oct. 23-24.

Bicycles: Voters will be allowed to bring their bikes into the polling location to keep them safe and secure.
Shuttles: The Inner Loop Rice shuttles will be extended to have a stop very close to the polling location from 7 am - 7 pm on the weekdays of early voting and on Election Day.
Parking: To vote at *Rice Stadium, enter gates 10 or 11 at 2200 University Blvd. To vote at *Reckling Park on Oct 23-24, enter gate 8 at 2050 University Blvd. to park.

Last day to apply for a TX ballot by mail: Applications must be received (not postmarked) by Oct. 23

You may be eligible to vote by mail in Harris County if you are registered to vote and meet one of the following criteria:

You may request an absentee ballot using TurboVote. You may also print, sign, and mail the application form from the Harris County or Texas Secretary of State websites.

Election Day: Nov. 3

Harris County registered voters can vote at any Election Day polling location from 7 am-7 pm.

For those on campus, the closest Election Day voting location is *Rice Stadium, 2200 University Blvd.
