Using Linguistic Data Consortium Online

LDC-Online is service for faculty, students and staff of LDC current year members.  LDC membership is maintained on behalf of Rice University by Fondren Library.

All LDC text and speech resources are indexed for convenient online access, as long as no copyright or other restrictions prevent it.

Anyone from an LDC current year member organization has the right to access all the online resources. Because of our agreements with information providers, LDC-Online access is subject to the same individual user agreements that apply to access at the individual's own site.

To use LDC-Online, you need an individual user account:

Contact the Rice LDC administrator, Sandi Edwards (edwards@rice.edu), to obtain the Rice organization password. 

The Rice organization password will only be provided to curent Rice faculty, students and staff.  This information is Rice University property and <strong> should not be shared with others.

Once you have the organization password, click here to fully complete an individual user account registration.

LDC will send your individual user account password to you by email.  Visit LDC's
Online user account service page if you wish to change that password.
