Submit Material for Course Reserves

Only professors and instructors of Rice University courses are eligible to submit materials for course reserve. Please review Fondren Library Course Reserve policies before submitting a request.

Fill out the form completely.
Make sure to provide complete and correct bibliographic information.
Submit the form before the deadline to ensure availability of materials by the first day of class.
Deadlines for submitting course reserve material:

    • Fall Semester: July 25th
    • Spring Semester: November25th
Send the filled out and renamed form as an attachment to reserve@rice.edu (see detailed instructions on the form)

To request Library owned material for your course reserve you can also use the Online Submit Form

[]Submit the form before the deadline to ensure availability of materials by the first day of class.
