We have the following positions available for Fall 2008:

Assist patrons at the DMC with digital media projects, such as video editing, audio editing, graphics creation, scanning, and web page creation. Work on educational multimedia projects. Help to manage and maintain DMC equipment.

Requirements: Basic familiarity with at least one of the following: web page creation (Dreamweaver); graphics creation and manipulation (Photoshop, FreeHand, Illustrator, Fireworks); video editing (iMovie, FinalCut, Premiere); audio editing (SoundForge, GarageBand); animation (Flash, 3DstudioMax). Experience troubleshooting computer problems. Excellent communication skills. Responsible and able to work well independently.

Starting pay: $8.00/hour
