Harris County 2000 Census Application
The GIS/Data Center at Rice University has created an application that makes it easy to map out any field of information from the Census 2000 Summary Files for Harris County. The summary files contain thousands of fields of information. There are endless possibilities for the use of census information combined with other layers of information in a GIS system.
The Census 2000 Summary Files Application is available for use in the GIS/Data Center at Rice University. It is also available for download (download function coming soon!).
Note: This application runs on top of ESRI's ArcView 8.X.
