On-Order / In-Process Notification Form

Any user of Fondren Library may use this form to be notified when a book has been processed.

This form can be used by any user of Fondren Library who would like to be notified when a book has been processed. These books are listed in WebCat having the following message in the "locationdate due" portion of the record is available for use:

* On Order

* In Process

* None

Notify - Notify me when the book is available. It will be sent to the shelf.
Hold - Notify me when the book is available and hold it at the circulation desk for 5 days.
