Advanced Illustrator- Making a scientific vector

Course Information:

This hands-on workshop will introduce participants to advanced Adobe Illustrator tools and techniques. We will recreate an image of a scientific figure using various techniques. 

Beginner knowledge of Illustrator is essential. If you are a beginner and would like to learn how to use Illustrator please sign up for the Beginner course. 

 

 

The topics to be covered are:

  • Replicating a figure using the pen tool, shape builder, and shape tool
  • Using effects
  • Using 3D tools
  • Using clipping masks

Attendance Policy

  • You will receive email directions to the instruction room one business day before the course.
  • All computers, software, and training materials will be provided. You do not need to bring anything with you.
  • It is your responsibility to notify the instructor if you will no longer be able to attend.
  • If you miss a course without notifying staff on the day of the course, your registration for all future courses will be canceled.
