DMC Poster Printing Request Form

Request Description
  • Please make sure poster URL is accessible
  • Please provide a .pdf file
  • If you are using Adobe Illustrator to design your poster, when exporting as a .pdf file, uncheck the checkbox that says "preserve editing capabilities" to ensure that all images and figures appear properly when printed
  • The average turn around time is 24 hours. 
  • The DMC has 36" wide and 60" wide paper rolls. If the dimensions of your poster fall in between those two, you will be responsible for trimming off the excess. The DMC has a 60" wide paper cutter that you may use to do so.
  • You will receive a separate email when the poster has been printed along with a receipt email

  • I understand that if charges are not paid-in-full by the billing due date of my student account, late charges will apply, transcripts and degrees will be held, and future enrollment at Rice may be blocked until all charges are paid.

  • I am responsible for providing up to date and accurate Fund and Org numbers. I also agree that these fund and org numbers are sensitive information that I have been given permission to use by my department coordinator or professor.
