Illustration of 3 women

March is Women's History Month. It is an annual declared month that highlights the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society. International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. Take a look through this new LibGuide at https://libguides.rice.edu/womenshistorymonth2022 to discover government resources for women's studies, to learn more and celebrate women during the month of March. Thanks to Lauren Lovings-Gomez, Kelley Center Student Staff, PhD student of 19th-Century European and American Art at Rice University!
