Docker Part 2: Containerizing a Data Viz App

Prerequisites:

Docker Part 1 is highly recommended.

Overview:

This workshop builds on Docker Part I; you will need a functioning Docker environment on your laptop to follow the lesson. We will use a containerized Python app to show the advantages of containerization for building, iterating, and deploying an interactive application. This workshop includes a working introduction to building a Python application in Plotly, a popular framework for interactive data visualization.
