A practicing architect, Bill Condon (1923–1998) was significantly involved in Houston’s contemporary arts scene during the 1950s and ‘60s. Much of his work displays the influence of his architectural training and his interest in drawing and printmaking; his work also incorporates a variety of experimental techniques. A new exhibit at Fondren’s Brown Fine Arts Library celebrates this Rice alumnus’s artistic contributions across a variety of mediums.
