Library Services and Resources in Mandarin Chinese
This library instruction class is designed to offer an introduction to library services and resources in Mandarin Chinese, with the aim of helping students effectively navigate and utilize the library's offerings.
Hurricane Prep Open House
We will be displaying sample items to include in a prep kit, providing information on emergency prep, and holding a raffle for emergency items: a first aid kit, a vehicle escape hammer, and a solar hand crank radio.
Literature Reviews with Generative AI
This course provides a review of the best generative AI tools to use for a literature review. Don't just rely on an LLM (like ChatGPT) when there are purpose-built models! The instructor will walk through registering for specific tools, explain selecting the best for your research stage, demonstrate how to use each, and provide tips on prompt engineering, within an ethical and academic integrity-focused framework. We will primarily be using Consensus and NotebookLM.
