Data Visualization in R - Part 1 (online)

Suggested Prerequisites:

Basic familiarity with R 

Overview:

This course introduces the ggplot2 package in R, including the following topics:

  • Plot structure
  • Plot types: histogram, scatterplot, boxplot, bar plot, line plot
  • Adding dimensions
  • Adding statistical models and transformations
