None, though some background in Text Analysis and Python will be helpful.

Overview:

Are you ready to take your text analysis skills to the next level? This hands-on workshop is designed for participants with foundational knowledge of text analysis and Python. The course will provide a quick refresher on essential topics before focusing on implementing text analysis using Python tools like NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) and SpaCy.

Participants will learn to:

  • Preprocess text data using techniques like tokenization, lemmatization, and part-of-speech tagging.
  • Analyze text with methods such as word frequency analysis, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification using real-world datasets.
