Suggested Prerequisites:
Basic familiarity with R and with introductory statistics.
Overview:
This course introduces basic statistical analysis in R, including the following:
- Descriptive statistics
- Contingency tables
- Chi-square test
- t test (independent and dependent)
- Analysis of Variance and post-hoc tests
- Correlation
- Linear regression
- Checking the assumptions of a regression model
- Logistic regression
