This course introduces the ggplot2 package in R, including the following topics:
- Plot structure
- Plot types: histogram, scatterplot, boxplot, bar plot, line plot
- Adding dimensions
- Adding statistical models and transformations
- Themes
- Colors
- Annotations
- Modifying axes
- Faceting (tiny multiples)
