Introduction to R

Prerequisites:

None

Overview:

Come join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the basics of R, one of the most popular programming languages for data analytics and data science in academia and beyond. After introducing R, the course will explain importing data from a csv file into R, viewing data, understanding data types and structures, and indexing data using base R functions.

Please note that this is a workshop for beginners. If you already have a background in R, please consider other workshops where we will cover more advanced techniques and explore various R packages in more detail.
