Digital Scholarship Services

Rice University’s Digital Scholarship Services (DSS) fosters the effective, creative use of digital technology in research, learning and scholarly communication by providing infrastructure, consulting, and training. We share and preserve Rice research by managing the Rice Research Repository (R-3); assist in planning and implementing scholarly digital projects; and offer support for scholarly communications, including consulting and training on copyright, publishing, and open access.

Departments and programs affiliated with DSS include the Digital Media Commons, GIS/Data Center, Research Data Services, and the Kelley Center for Government Information. Please visit their web pages for more specific information.
